The service was not at the level of the hotel.
We had many issues to book transfer from hotel to the city and from city to the hotel.
The cars they provided they were not hotels cars, they nice and they were overpriced.

Just the most exquisite, exceptional hotel Ive stayed at. Breakfast amongst the paddocks is incredible! The horses are something else!

Was Ramadan month, we strugled a bit for a regular international diner in the hotel. Still... 10/10 experience.

The best hotel in marakesh.
1) better than royal mansour and mamounia in all aspects.
2) room has 5 m heigh of roof and looks much better than on photos
3) very beatifull design of everything . Owners did a design miracle and in same time you feel yourself at home .
Will come back many times - at least few times per year.

The staff are excellent. The horses are amazing. The pool lovely. The food is very good.
My room was nice but off in a remote corner, no view so I feel it was too expensive for what it was. The resort is lovely.

As of my work, I am travelling all over world, however it is definniately one of the top hotels I have visited. It has amasing facilities and excellent personnel. It is full of details, best tea ! I need next time try Spa which has wonderful opinions.
