Beautiful boutique hotel. Just the right size. Family friendly, but completely serene at all times. Lovely spa. Well-equipped gym. Delightful staff. Great and varied menu. Easy to take the shuttle into town to see the sights, but nice to retreat to a quiet desert haven. Gorgeous.

Absolutely top-notch all around! Rooms, staff, spa, service, restaurant, pools - you name it, it was excellent. Couldn't spot a single thing that wasn't A-OK!
The resort's a bit of a hike from the city center, so you'll need wheels to get around. Good news is, they've got transport options right at the hotel. Now, here's a gripe (calling out Booking.com): The Booking site messed up big time by putting the resort's location in the wrong spot. That caused me some serious headaches. The hotel's been on Booking's case about this, but it seems like they're just turning a deaf ear!

The hotel grounds are just beautiful! Our room was comfortable, modern, spacious and very clean. The Moroccan and international menus were delicious and as result we ate in the hotel all the time. They also adapted the menu for our daughter several times. Their complementary shuttle bus was clean and air conditioned. It went to the medina several times during the day and evening. Staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful and nothing was much trouble for them. Said offered a taxi service on behalf of the hotel, he was extremely friendly, reasonably priced and had a nice, clean air conditioned mini van. Everyone was really kind and friendly unfortunately we didnt get everyones names. The owner came to speak to us on a couple of occasions to check everything was ok - a really lovely touch and showed a genuine care for his customers and business. The hotel was a joy to return to after our various day trips and offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The two main pools were perfect for us, however the hotel also provided a deeper, adults only pool and also rooms with their own private pools.

Everything, attentive staff, comfortable, great restaurant and amazing cocktails. Spa is a must. All staff are very well trained in there roles & very polite, even met the owner of the hotel who made a point of talking to all the guests. Pool guy was amazing, no worries about getting up early to grab a bed all done for youd wouldnt even let you move your brolly. Rooms were exceptionally clean and just a wow hotel.

The hotel is situated just outside Marrakesh but in a sort of undeveloped vicinity but I'd say it's excellent location for a quiet stay. Loved it.
With one restaurant and 3 pools, 1 pool dedicated to adults only, its beautifully and well kept. Super clean hotel at all times.
Restaurant manager, I didn't get his name, an excellent man. Goes around all guest to check on not just their food but also their overall stay and makes arrangements to have any issues sorted. The restaurant staff, not the type of 5 star service you'd get in the likes of Dubai but they're natural, very helpful and remember your preferences.
Spa was great too. Did the hammam and massage. Its a crime if you don't try the Hammam I must say. My first and not my last.
The hotel also provides free shuttle to the Medina and charged shuttle to wherever you want to.
PS: the wall sockets are circular ones, take an adapter for 3 pin rectangular. The hotel provides one though.
The room AC was not cooling. I complained on arrival and recurring days but seems nothing could be done so I just ignored after the 3rd time asking.
No option of a small grocery or supermarket, I think that would be nice in a place as such.

Great property with fantastic facilities.
The food was great we ate a large variety and all of it was excellent.
We also used the sauna and had massages and a hammam, wow! Incredible and reasonably priced.
The staff were all very professional and helpful at all times.
Regular shuttle into Marrakech meant we could choose when we wanted to enjoy the buzz of the city or stay at the hotel in a peaceful setting.

Its a peaceful place. Good pool. Food better than expected. Generally good service
Location - we didnt mind the distance to the city as there is a shuttle but didnt like his remote it was, down a long dirt track littered with rubbish etc and off a highway. We would have been fine if it was a nicer area. Price in the restaurant was expensive and deserted. Price on par with 5* hotels offering more value in terms of facilities/luxury and quality. Beds very hard (additional topper wouldnt make a difference). Only other - slightly sarcastic responses from management if you give honest back. Views are valid so take it as a method to improve.
