A true oasis in the middle of a sandy arable area with palm trees. You felt like a king in the Kaaba h main palace rooms. Great breakfast superb salmi. And cheese omelette and superb value cooking class and you eat your taglne for lunch

I booked a suit for my and my friend and asked them to do a surprise on her bday so they were amazing and upgraded us to a villa with swimming pool . The staff were amazing
The property is far from the city center and attractions . When returning late at night the area was so calm and very quiet

Wonderful hotel, excellent facilities, restaurants and decor. The majority of the staff were fantastic. However, I was ripped off by a receptionist who charged me 300 for a 1-way private taxi to Taghazout. The return to Marrakesh was 100, same private taxi. Completely unjustified to charge so much and was a real shame. You're a 5* hotel and in the hospitality industry, not in a souk trying to fleece an unassuming tourist.
Gym was a little dated but still managed to use it a few times. Spa was incredible.

Beautiful property. Lovely common areas. Wonderful staff.
The food quality was not excellent. Not bad, but not great. Due to the location of the property, there isnt a choice but to eat on property. Location: staying here if you want to relax and hang out by a pool. Its quite a trek to the city and its 200 dirham each way unless you use the shuttle which does twice a day

The hotel looks absolutely stunning and boutique-y, great facilities and the private pool is a great perk (albeit a bit cold). We stayed in a villa and the size is very generous. The bars, restaurants and atmosphere were spot on. Incredible swimming pools, particularly the heated one. The food was pretty good and we enjoyed the hot counter in the breakfast bar. The eggs particularly nice. For the most part the staff were good. We had amazing room service. You've got to try the Hammam and massage. The hotel didn't feel busy at all.
Our room had a subtle toilet smell. We raised it at least three times before they did something about it. Eventually we asked for an air freshener. There is a really convenient free shuttle bus, however the trips are few and far between. It doesn't give you freedom to leave the hotel (two trips each way). We had to pay for a few taxis, which we thought it was weird and at a higher rate than we got in a street. Food menus weren't very varied. Some staff didn't have great English, which caused a bit of confusion at times. These are minor issues but inconvenient nonetheless and hope they help improve the already amazing experience.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous gardens and pool area. Loved that it is Boutique so not crammed full of people. I would recommend staying in this peaceful resort over a Riad in Marrakech any day!
Just little things that Im only saying because we are used to 5* resorts - they in no way would put me off going back to Tigmiza.
1. The gym is just a small space with three pieces of equipment - totally fine but I booked the hotel needing a gym and I couldnt go as it held about 4 people and was always busy.
2. Comfier sunloungers are needed
3. Also think the bar staff should visit people around the pool to take orders more often.

Breakfast was great, lots of options and an amazing omelette chef. The pools were beautiful (all be it a bit cold) but the weather was hot so we were lucky. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Pool bar wasnt open at the pool with the swim up bar and there was no explanation for this. If it is on pictures, it should be a service offered. Roof top terrace also didnt have the bar open or any music.

Disappointing
The garden was nicely done
We had booked a villa. The size was stated with 150sqm. The true size was most likely around 80-90sqm. The rooms are old and run down. We insisted the mattresses to be changed. The pool in the villa was not heated. All in all given distance of the hotel to the city, the state of the hotel - for over 500 euro per night I should have stayed at La Mamounia in a regular room.

Great accommodation - loved our private pool which wasnt overlooked. Staff were very friendly and couldnt do more for us. Good food and drinks.
They had an event on one of the nights which was quite loud but in our room so we slept downstairs which was fineto be fair we were going to bed early.

The staff get first mention. They are wonderful! Can not do enough for you and its genuine. We cant thank them all enough for looking after us during our stay.
3 stunning pools, one of which is heated. Lush gardens surround the hotel. Huge rooms and comfy beds. The design and art of the hotel is beautiful. Excellent breakfast buffet. A big shout out to Assiraj and his cocktails! Best espresso martini Ive ever had :)
