An absolute gem of a hotel about 30 minutes from central Marrakesh, with tennis court, heated pool, pétanque, table tennis, gym and riding stables. All the facilities of a bigger hotel on a smaller scale and incredible value.
Nothing really- being 30 mins out of town won’t suit everybody but they have incredibly good and prompt drivers who can take you anywhere.

It was a very nice stay in Villa Katia. I enjoyed it a lot personeel they are nice and friendly plus hardworking 10/10 for them.
The place is big and there are a lot of activities.
It is very comfortable there.
I think the location but if you want to be far from the city and have a relax time it is for you.

We had been cycling for 8 days and they looked after our boxes used for transporting our bikes on the plane while we were away. The staff here are so welcoming and friendly, the rooms and facilities were amazing and they couldn't do enough for you.I will definitely use it next time I am in Morocco.

We loved the whole serenity of the villa and that is was 'boutique' in scale. The atmosphere was quiet, calm and relaxed.
Pool was perfect for cooling off and not busy; plenty of sunbeds available and well spaced out. We stayed in the adjoining suites (fully soundproof) away from the main building which was a perfect walk to all the facilities. Bed and bedding was super comfortable, spacious room with a lounge area for relaxing and watching TV.
Our only criticism would be the suites which desperately need updating. The shower, sink and toilet are functional but are old with cracks, chipped and stained tiling. Curtains are visibly dirty and the sliding door was not completely secure.

The staff, the room, the shower, the bed. All the things that make my stay comfortable were a big plus. The room was super clean. The staff is extremely nice. My stay was pure bliss.
The one thing that could get extra attention is the breakfast. It’s definitely not bad, but there is still room for improvement.

Nice a peaceful location. Little bit outside of Marrakesch but the medina is easy to reach with car or taxi. Pool has been tranquil and staff have always been mindful and courteous. Would recommend to stay here

The hotel was very relaxing, the food was delicious and varied every day, and the staff were all really friendly, especially Hassan. The pool area is so nice!
There's literally nothing around the hotel which means we spent a fair bit on cabs getting anywhere. It's €40 to get to and from the city centre.

The concept is great! We enjoyed the outdoor area, the tennis court and the beautiful view. The staff were friendly and lunch was good. WiFi was also good. The hotel also offers a quick transport to Marrakech with friendly drivers.
I also booked a massage which was very nice ??
I booked an upgrade to the balcony room through booking.com and we were quite disappointed about the room. It was way smaller than expected and the bed was also too small for two people. The AC was placed in a weird spot and covered by the curtains. The balcony rooms are directly above the restaurant and the music was quite loud in the nighttime. The walls are very thin and you could hear everything next door. Some people came back home late and were very loud with door banging, loud talking etc. We booked the hotel for a quiet and peaceful weekend but had some trouble getting sleep. Also the loud (techno-) music during the day by the pool was just not suitable. I regretted the „upgrade“.
The rooms have an open bathroom concept which doesn’t make sense to me. If you need some privacy you need to send your roommate/partner outside ? Rust in the shower, by the toilet and loose parts on the wall unfortunately do not give the best impression. And stains on the walls and visible cables and screws in the wall (where a picture probably used to hang) don't add anything positive to the look of the room either.
The breakfast buffet offered a lot of bread and sweets, no healthy options except some oats. Thin coffee, no protein like eggs etc.
Unfortunately many, many flies everywhere-probably because of the horses.
Transport to Marrakech pretty expensive (200 Dirham one way).

The room was a bit bare had to put things on the floor. And bathroom had no door.
