Excellent location to enjoy a beautiful pool and relax whilst jumping into a taxi to love the Marrakech life. It makes the perfect mix needed for a great holiday.
The staff were all beautifully helpful and so cheerful. The pool was fantastic, lovely little restaurant, very reasonable. Rooms were spotless and the gardens were immaculate.
Could possibly do with a toaster and an additional pan to cook with. Other than that, absolutely faultless! Wonderful place

Badic amenities for a apart hotel set up.
WiFi connections keeps dropping. Made complaints but the staff only asked us to Forget and reconnect again with Gmail. Room not as per photo. We booked for 4 persons- description was 1 full bed and 2 sofa bed but when we went to the room, there were only 1 sofa bed. The thing is only 3 of us checked in so when I enquire about the other sofa bed they say that they can bring it up for us but frankly there's no space to walk if we did that. Toilet not as per photo too.

The property was good, the location as well very good size
There was no equipment provided. Its an apartment we would have expected a minimum of equipment such as salt and pepper, washing liquid, pans to cook in not a big pot.
At least we should have been warned ahead of time.
The cleaning team wasnt the most efficient to be honest

The hotel location was good, the staff were polite and friendly for the most part, especially the parking attendant. Aesthetically looks pleasing
There were ants in the bathroom + the lighting was quite poor.
No lotion was provided. WiFi coverage was poor. There were inadequate utilities in the kitchen (just one pot). Some facilities could not be used because access could only be granted by staff who were not available.

The apartment was good size, with all the facilities and amenities. I was given an apartment with balcony with great views to Atlas mountains. Bed was really comfortable. Did not experience pools neither breakfast.
Information on the website could be more explicit about breakfast not being included (only available at a cost) for guest staying in apartments.

The A/C No noisy neighbours. Helpful staff. A nearby grocery shop.
Weak WiFi in the apart room. Just one chair at the table. The fridge was broken when we checked in. Very Limited kitchen items. No written information about nearby services and groceries.
