It is in a good area, not a lot of noise. The rooms are cleaned well and the swimming pool area is also cleaned well. Lots of places to relax and the reception service is always there to help you.
No kettle in the room, they dont give you a list of important numbers eg for room service. You miss some buffet and good breakfast due to lack of knowledge they hotel doesnt tell you which day is the buffet lunch or what time does it start you have to find out on the day and ask the staff.

The swimming pool, and pool are there is plenty of space and sun loungers. The rooms and hotel in general were very clean.
Rooms were cleaned very late and fresh towels were brought late in the evening. The beds were awful, extremely uncomfortable and hard. We had to request an extra quilt to be able to sleep on them. The receptionist gave the impression this is not the first time this request has been made.
The hotel has potential but the dinner hall needs some attention along with the breakfasts served. One morning they had a resident cockroach in the dining area, and staff stepped over or walked by it on several occasions. The omelette chef has no manners and very rude. Utensils are unheard of at this hotel neither staff or guests use them on the vary rare occasions they are available.
Pool towels are provided and must be handed in at 6pm to which is fine but the pool guy collects towels as early as 4pm so can get off early and is quite rude about it.
There is no entertainment day or night in this hotel, ideal if your wanting a peaceful getaway.

the room was really clean and very comfortable for 4 people as we had a family room the pool was very well facilitated for us with offering towels and also able to order things to the pool however breakfast and dinner was limited with not enough options for us and staff was slow with helping guest but even tho the food was limited it was of good quality
the limited food options for breakfast and dinner and the slownest of the staff when helping out guests at the hotel for example we had to ask for a baby eating chair and took 30 mins just to bring with us asking multiple times

The shop outside the hotel was very handy and the guy was very pleasant. The Wi-fi was great.
The receptionist didnt give us any information when we checked in, he gave us the wrong time for dinner. One day we queued for over 30 mins for dinner. There was no water available at dinner time. (you had to pay for it) The cups/ plates were dirty in the restaurant and most times there were none left and they were not replaced despite asking staff. There was a cockroach in our bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was boring, the fruit was over-ripe, the same food was served every day. We were there for 7 nights and were very disappointed and frustrated.

Great place to stay lovely facilities great staff especially around the pool they interact with you and ask to join in with poolside games/dance.
Overall a very good hotel only let down is breakfast they have lots of bakery croissaints etc bit of fruit, bread, eggs, juices, tea however no hummous or potatoes. There is a fair bit but wasnt to my liking. They have the same food daily.
