Deffinitely the view was amazing! It is just a big studio with 1 double bed and 2 singles. Location was good, owner sent us the video with the shortcut to the center which was nice.
On our 2. Day we found ants in the bread, beds and the bathroom. Owner tried to convince us we brought them from the beach..

Everything was perfect. Budva in Montenegro is the best city to visit, less crowded, less tourists from cruise ships. The appartment location is perfect, the view was great, Marija is great.she was always very friendly and very helpful. The appartment had a good air condition. Parking is a big issue in Budva. But available parking lots were good managed by Marija. I had with my family great stay.

Our experience was 10/10 would definitely recommend this apartment. The view was breathtaking, very close to the old town. Our experience was made better by our host marija, she organised everything made sure we had a taxi to get to the apartment. Also recommended best activity and restaurants around the city. The best host we could ever ask for.

The main room was ok, but the bedroom does not have air conditioning, only a fan, and at very high temperatures like 37 C during the day and 28 C during the nights, this does not help much.

We have spent a wonderful week in the apartment, together with our two kids. Nice and helpful host helped us arrange transfer from/ to the airport, as well as taxi to one of the nearby beaches. We were greeted with complimentary bottle of local wine & rakya and even left with a present. The apartment offers a stunning view of the old town of Budva. You will enjoy air conditioning during hot days as well as the coffee machine in the morning. Balcony is a big plus, especially in the afternoon when it is in shadow. To get to the old town, you will need to walk down the stairs, but the view is totally worth it.

The view from the balcony was captivating. Every single night we'd sit there for a couple hours gazing at the bay and chatting the time away. They had a good selection of tv channels to choose from when we wanted to drag ourselves away from the view and a good internet connection. The apartment was nicely equipped with the basics for preparing your meals and a good refrigerator with a freezer. There was a full sized table in the studio and a smaller one on the balcony and both tables had chairs. The apartment also had ample closet space but only a few clothes hangers. It was a comfortable layout with expected rental quality furnishings...not luxurious but functional. A decent sized bathroom that included a clothes washer!!! The walk up to the flat was fine but if you can't do many stairs or uphill hikes, this isn't the place for you unless you have a car or are willing to pay excessive taxi costs. We didn't mind the hike and thought of it as going to the gym on a regular basis.
The cleanliness was adequate but not spotless. The light above the kitchen cabinets didn't work and I personally would like lighting under the upper cabinets above the cooking and food prep area. At checkout they insisted on giving us a "present". We tried politely to say no but to no avail.

I have been coming to Budva for more than 10 years, and this was one of the best apartments so far. The apartment was clean and really cozy. The view was stunning, and the location was also great, 5min walk to the old town and the beaches. I definitely recommend it. The staff, Marija, was really helpful with all of our questions and made us feel really welcomed.

The view was stunning! The apartment had everything that we need, clean and cozy, not too far away from the center of the city, Marija was more than happy to assist us about everything we needed to know, and even offered us wine and rakia which was a really cute gesture. The noise from the street in the bedroom didnt bother us at all, we slept like babies in her comfy bed Would definitely stay here again, thank you Marija!
