Facility and location is great. Very clean and well organized rooms. We had a car parking space reserved during our stay which is big plus for us. big thanks to Maja. She was a great host.

Very clean and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Good laundry facilities which are available for use. Our room was also very spacious. The view from the top floor was very nice on the large balcony, but with that comes stairs!

Maja was a great host! I loved the way she speaks and guided us in every thing. Her communication was excellent. The room was very clean and there were small towel for make up as well :) we really enjoyed our room thank you :) we had to leave early in the morning and I informed Maja for it then she came to say goodbye face to face absolutely amazing what she has done! The accomodation is just 7-8 mins walk to the Budva beach side. Also Parking area is very good she reserved for us. Thank you Maja love you.

Fabulously clean, modern and spacious, and well maintained and serviced. 10-15 minutes from everything you need, plus 2 supermarkets and a bakery within a few minutes walk.
No view - I knew not all the rooms have a view but Bookjng offered me an upgrade to a room with a pool view which I didnt have.
The pool and pool area doesnt really get much sun (morning only) so its not really an option to just hang around by the pool all day.

Really nice apartment in a great location, 10 min walk to the old town, and also a really good price. Host was really helpful, organised us a taxi from the airport, and also helped us transport throughout the week, as well as loads of recommendations. A really good place to stay in Budva

The apartment is comfortable, cozy, very clean, decorated with good taste. It has all the amenities to feel at home, located very close to the main city attractions, less than 10 minutes by foot from the central area and the historical Budva Citadel. It has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, strong wi-fi signal and a free parking spot in front of the building, which represents a huge advantage in a town like Budva, comfortable beds, iron, several common washing machines located in service room inside the building, inner yard swimming pool. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The host, Maya, is a very communicative and kind person. She gave us all the information we needed for a pleasant stay and made sure that we didn't miss anything during our entire vacation. The surroundings are quiet, check-in and check-out were flexible. We had a wonderful time here and would love to come back.

First of all Maja, the owner is super nice, helpful and communicative. Shes taking real care for the comfort of her guests. Quiet, perfectly clean, well equiped and furnished apartament, small swiming pool to refresh yourself in a hot day, wifi and air conditon working properly. Located close to the Old Town, to the beach but still away from the traffic and noise. And the shop is just 20 metresy away.

Very nice place to stay in Budva. Very clean room, everything was fresh, towels, bed, bathroom, everything. Nice air conditioning and a nice small kitchen. Manja was very helpful and warm with us. Parking spot was reserved for us durring our stay.

- Friendly and helpful host (we were allowed an early check-in!) - Close (1km walking) to the Old town - Close to the beach, ferries and super market (next door!) - Big apartment with all necessary equipment and a stable WiFi-connection - Lovely pool area, outdoor shower and plenty of sun chairs - Host (Maja) was very accommodating and took our requests and feedback very seriously, and she helped us book a taxt to Sveti Stefan! Thank you!

The apartment we stayed in was on the top floor of the building. We had two large balconies which was very useful as one half of the day there was sun on one balcony, and the other balcony had shade at the same time. So we could choose which balcony we wanted to be on, have a meal, rest, etc. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary equipment. We didnt miss anything.
The host (Maja) was very lovely and warm. She allowed us to check-in very early (10 am.), which was suprise for us, as we just wanted to leave our luggage at the reception before check-in. We appreciate the hospitality. Had a pleasant stay. I do recommend SunnSea apartaments.

Beautiful, well kept building with pool. Room was updated with everything needed. Owners made sure we were properly taken care of. Even took time to wish us good bye once we left. Would highly recommend.
No real negatives about the property. Only small downside is the building doesnt have an elevator and our room was on the fourth floor.
