Location close to the pedestrian area and to most of the attractions, accommodating staff.
The room was worn out and in need of renovations and a thorough cleaning (most of the window shades did not work, the door could not be locked from the inside, as the lock did not work properly, spider webs hanging in the bathroom, dusty stairway and halls, etc)

In close proximity to late night restaurants with live loud music till 0100. Sleeping is an issue.

Very central, everything ten minutes walk. Very polite reception ,they helped us with the ruined wheel of the car. Private parking in the yard. We don't believe it worths staying in Bitola, but if you decide it this hotel is clean and convenient
There is no elevator, a lot of noise from the pedestrian street. Maybe irrelevant but the technician who fixed the car, charged us about five times the normal price.

It is great value for the price. The location is perfect, the staff very friendly and welcoming! The restaurant next to the hotel with the same name serves delicious food! Perfect for short stays.
Can't think of anything besides the narrow car park and the fact that it is and old building (but a solid one).

The apartment is located in the city center. Very nice staff, in the reception and in the restaurant. Very good breakfast. In the restaurant, they cook very good food with large portions. Compared to other restaurants in the center, it cost the same.
My window was broken. There was cold in mine room and hear everything from street.
