The grounds were beautiful! The beach down the road was magical. Great breakfast.

The grounds, the pools, the spa and the cute individual rooms. Plus the restaurant was fantastic!!! We also loved the kitties, so much personality. Had fantastic massages at the spa. Property was fantastic.
The only complaint i had was super minor, our plugs in the room actually were regular EU plugs but we read all electronics/plugs were UK. So we had to circle charging around one or two outlets. Most Eu guests probably love the option- as US guests we were unprepared.

the room was very comfortable the breakfast superb and the Heated Pool and Jacuzzi excellent. Further more the place is quiet and relaxing.WE ate at the hotel once lunch and 3 times supper. the menu was varied worth every cent and the service was excellent .i was realy served well by everyone at the restaurant especialy Jean the new young waiter he was very attentive

Really nice relaxing spot in a calm and beautiful surroundings. Loved the cats! Staff friendly. Nice food.
The comfort level of the beds and the quality of the pillows left a lot to be desired. More shade needed around the outdoor areas.

Attentive service. Polite staff always saying hello. The spa and other facilities. Clean and plenty of areas to be alone. Hotel was full but didn't seem crowded. Restaurant at breakfast was great, catered for everything you could want.
In this day and age you really don't need a card to exchange for towels at the spa. Surely there must be another way. Service at outside bar/restaurant was a bit pedestrian (slow). It did feel a shade short of 5 stars, a little dated in some respects. Bathroom fixtures a little old.
