The host was very kind and people we met there were interesting.
We were in transit so we didn't have soap neither towels and they didn't provide us this facilities. We agreed to check out a little bit later than 11am because I travel alone with toddler but at the last moment they pressure me to leave.

location good, close to sea front, owners of accommadation were friendly
Rooms not inviting, we did not stay the night we left the property we did not ask for a refund it was very cheap aircon not working, no mattress protector on beds, mattress far too soft we left as it was not to our liking, felt like we were staying in someones home which might suit some people, not what we expected. Liked the location. Very pleasant and welcoming owners, good breakfast
No hot water for a shower, toilet sometimes a bit smelly, first air con didn't work but moved to a different room where the air con was very good.

Traditional Mauritian guest house. Very comfortable.The location was very convenient, close to ATM's, supermarkets, the waterfront and bus terminus.Good restaurants nearby. Blue Bay was only ten minutes away by bus. A beautiful beach. The museum was well worth a visit. Short drive from the airport.

standard breakfast was ok - bread, egg, butter, jam, coffee, tea, banana, AC was working
only if you have to! old, damaged, dirty, stinky and sticky, very dark. I can't emaginine staying more then one necessary night, no option to store luggage, shared bathroom without window, low water pressure, very laud at night (first dogs, then party in the bar across the river then chickens in the morning), kitchen only with owners even on each floor there is kitchen room but totally empty
