Lift was out of service. Rooms look too old unlike what are shown in d photos on their website page. Would not recommmend unless if you have no choice of where to stay in a low budget

Overall the bed was comfortable as usual and the room was spacious. No complaints about the room. And they do have water filter outside the room. Last time they kept coffee in the room and I loved their coffee but now it seems they have discontinued it.
I always prefer to stay here during my visit to Kuala Selangor and this time I did the same but it was quite disappointing. The shower head was rusty and it accidentally brushed on my skin and it left a mark on my body because the rusted shower head was also sharp. And then the bidet hose was terribly dirty so it was really disgusting when it touched our skin. I understand sometimes the hotel wants to run on budget but cleanliness is very important. They can at least wash the shower head and the hose using vinegar. My one cent it's not gonna cost that much to change these things. They're the only decent hotel at Kuala Selangor so people always opt for them and they're always full so why not maintain your status as a good hotel. Don't disappoint customers who always choose you just because you're always occupied nevertheless the cleanliness. Should be worth it. Please do change it. And maybe they can start breakfast a simple one. People would love it. Thank you

Staff was helpful, location is good. Several convenient plug points in the room. The place was very clean. Good idea for the snack area on GF.
Needs maintenance, like taking off some stains from the tables & bathroom floor. Untidy areas seen. Had some difficulty getting the water warm enough for a bath. Pillows are too soft.

I like the bed. The bed n pillows were comfy.
Toilet was a bit let down. Floor was slippery. Should be ok after a good scrub. And the room 205 has ants. Quite a few. Got bitten once. Already told the reception after checked out.
