Check was simple and straightforward; check out equally simple
I thought it was mean to charge for the shuttle to the airport. Every day I used the cups to make tea and coffee and most days at least one was not replaced with a clean mug. I elected to not have my room cleaned for a few days but did not receive any voucher - my colleagues did.

The staff was helpful and friendly.
We specifically booked this hotel to have a sauna and pool the night before an international flight, and both of them were not working and closed. There is still no mention of this on their website. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the bathroom spelled like mold. The airport shuttle was free to the hotel, but then we had to pay to get back to the airport. We splurged on this hotel to get a great start to our trip, and we were very disappointed. We stayed at several hotels near the airport in the past that were cheaper and had better amenities. We will definitely be going back to one of these on our next trip.
