Firstly no hot water the first day and woken up by the cleaners early and we stayed I. No.25 there was a ladder leading up to my windows which lead to the rooftop with a door that was open for anyone to freely walk through I will share more on my YouTube channel .booking .com this hotel has let your service down down this is quite shocking for one of your hotels I dont know whether its because your head office is located opposite but I really do think you should consider letting this hotel go its rubbish on all levels . It feels as you clearly have money to visit it gives the Dutch free rain of ripping you off . Guys theres better places to go and visit now to smoke weed avoid Amsterdam unless your happy to throw your money at ungrateful people

Great location, good value for the money
When checking in was asked for 150 in cash for deposit for room. Nothing on booking.com about this. Asked if we could use the same credit card for the deposit which I paid for the room on but wasnt allowed. In the end had to leave our passports. We did get them back in the end of our stay.

Great location, not too close to the centre. Loads of clffeeshops, bars and restaurants around. The coffeeshop downstairs has a great selection of weed.
