Breakfast was great and the location next to the castle where we attended a wedding was very close and excellent.
No staff is on site on Sundays. At about 9am Sunday (after a wedding reception at the next-door castle that went past midnight the night before) the fire alarm went off. No staff on site at the hotel. No fire dept responded. After about 15-20 minutes, a hotel staff person came ripping up in his Audi, and went in to reset the alarm. He claimed the alarm was set off by steam from a guests shower. We left our luggage in the room while we went to the day-after wedding breakfast. At 10:50am we attempted to retrieve our luggage from the room, but the key would no longer work. Posted checkout time is 11am. Again, no staff was in the hotel. Excuses were its Sunday. Another guest with the same problem reached out to booking.com, who reset the room codes/access and we were able to get our luggage. Nice boutique hotel but no onsite staff on a Sunday (which appears to be their practice) resulted in unnecessary calls, frustration, and lack of faith in the ability of this management.

delicious breakfast, nice staff, all clean, tidy and good looking.
The sad part is that this place is not a hotel. i've reserved a room with 21m2, and got a much smaller room, with 2 tiny windows, close to the ceiling... almost like a laundry room got converted into an hotel room. No desk, not even a chair to hang my cloths or a bench to open the trolley! when I asked if there was a space to work a bit in the evening, the lady explained they were closed and so no place and got me directed to the "rooms area" and close the doors behind me. So no restaurant, no bar, no public area... 0. If they are not ready to serve as a hotel some days of the week, they have to explain that to clients.

Disappointing
Too noisy!! The room was UNDERGROUND with a very small window, so pratically no natural light! The room was located very close to the restaurant's toilets, the airdryer of the toilet was very loud, so you wake up everytime a restaurant customer uses it. Also lot of people doing noise around and shouting very loudly in the corridor in the middle of the night, room not isolated at all!! It isn't worth of 200 (price of the room for one night) honestly.

The staff is very kind, the breakfast is good and the room is tiny but has a lovely terrace. Plus, it's so quiet! We spent just one night there, but I think it's a perfect place for some relaxing time in the nature.
