The location is very convenient to go to my office in Oude Tonge and the restaurant is good with service for breakfast, lunch and dinner what is very convenient during a business trip.
The stairs to go to the room are not very convenient for a big suitcase but the guys working in the renovation of the building in front were very kind to help. The heater of my specific room was not heating the room properly, I understood they are newly renovated rooms with heaters with better performance. I hope to stay in one of those rooms next time.

The room was clean. Parking was easy.
The room (Single Bedroom) is minuscule! I mean minuscule. So it was too expensive. But the biggest problem was the smell. When I entered the room which is under the roof there was already this smell. I think it come from the chimney/ smoke stack on the roof. And as the window does not close completely (no window handle), this smell comes during the whole night and it does not seem healthy to me!!! I did not feel comfortable.

Nice apartment and very convenient to have the restaurant downstairs, so my daughter could sleep and we could have dinner on the terrace.

Window in our bedroom could not be opened. Slept badly because of the lack of oxygen (3 of us in a small bedroom without any fresh air)

Pleasant
It was my only option nearby the place i was supposed to travel so it was a default choice. However, staff is excellent and the room was okay. It was very small but nothing disappointing.
I couldnt close the window because it was very old so I was disturbed by mosquitos. The light on the hallway stayed on all night which was not okay. I could hear the opposite room's noises.

There was free parking very close by.
The room was like a cupboard with nowhere to hang coats or clothes. Its a shame that the same thought and design wasnt put into the hotel rooms compared to the bar/restaurant.

The personnel is nice and smily. We also bought breakfast for 10 euro, which was good (fresh orange juice, a bit of fried eggs, good portion of ham and cheese; jam and Nutella, croissants and bread, tea or coffee of course). We also had light lunch at the restaurant and were satisfied with it.
We had a very small room, basically just a bed. It was ok for one night, but otherwise too small. Someone wrote earlier that there were no any hangers, which is true. It wouldn't hurt to install a few.
