Everything is superb. Staff are very very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Location is the best: center, cafe, shopping, museum, airport and seaport. No other property at LYB can compete with Radisson Blu Polar.

Definitely not staying again here as the price is too high regarding the furniture and the quality of the hoteldirty carpets and just minimal furniture

Restaurant menu good , service excellent, great views
Hotel rooms in need of a refit, in the meantime should replace the stained mattress covers .pub food was poor contrast to restaurant food so that could be improved easily.

Rest everything was fantastic.
Saw some people aged around 70 carrying their luggage to the next building where most of the suites are, in the snow which was very difficult for them to drag. Atleast give them some assistance with the luggage.

Breakfast was nice, complete. People working there were fantastic. The bathtub and the water were perfect. Location also perfect. The Pub next to the hotel was the best, good food and great atmosphere, great people working there: Facundo, Juliana, Gastn and the rest also nice people. People working in the hotel were nice.
The bathroom was smelly all the time. Could have use a bigger closet. The pillows and the bed were not the most comfortable. It was too expensive for the value.
