Situation related to the city center
Bed was not so comfortable and duvet were not big enough. Whenever you were in to the toilette you got a cold air stream in your feet coming from nowhere.

Breakfast was amazing and had a lot of options to choose from. The hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre, about a 5-7 minutes walk from the Royal Palace and about 15 minute walk from the nain train station. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel.

Super nice location in the middle of downtown Oslo. Easy to reach by foot, bus or tram. The room was very clean and had a fine view. The receptionist was kind.
A nightstand could have been nice.

location. I used to have good experience with this hotel, good reception, superb service, they went above and beyond.
Bare min in the room. They didnt even have a kettle to boil hot water... They didnt have dairy free options for breakfast

Breakfast had a really great and varied choice (both hot and cold), and the facilities overall were great. The gym was also a really good addition to the gym with tons of high quality and varied equipment to use for all

- Bed was making noise - when taking shower, water goes down very slowly, causing a buildup of water which in few minutes fills the shower and start pouring in the bathroom area. - the window handle was removed and it was impossible to open the window or adjust temperature (not recommended if you have claustrophobia) - Cleanliness was poor (hair in sink, dust on surfaces, brown stain in toilet) - The bare minimum is provided with the excuse of sustainability

The breakfast was very good, a lot of choice, vety good quality. The main reason for the so-so grade was the size of the room. It was tiny - probably the smallest hotel room I ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom fine (though it could have done with more shelf space) but it was quite difficult to move around in the room. I also didnt like that the window looked out on to the lobby, rather than outside. Given the price I paid, I did not think that it offered good value for money.

A beautiful hotel at the city center! The room has everything you may need. The breakfast is great and is available for many hours!
This hotel is the definition of value for money! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Oslo. Keep up the good work!!
