All staffs are so nice and pleasant.
There's no parking hotel, number1 problem for staying. The bed sheet is not clean.

The proximity to UST. The room was clean and relaxing.
Our room was right in front of Gov Forbes St, there were a lot of noise coming from the ambulance, fire trucks and cargo trucks.

Very close to UST if you have business there. Lots of restaurants, pharmacy, convenience stores nearby
No parking space Room is at the penthouse but walls and windows are probably thin you could heat the people next door and sounds (honks and music) from outside. Bathroom is by the window and is only covered by a curtain. Only has one chair. No hangers for clothes.
