The apartment is good and clean, nice coffee, but wash machine doesnt work, it was turned on child lock and there is no information about how turn it off. Spent a lot time for investigation but unsuccessfully. Hairdryer works terrible too. In the kitchen too dark, not enough light at all

The appartment was in the second floor of an old building (built 1898). It was in a very good state with modern furnitures and equipment. We used our bikes to go to the city center, but it is in walking distance (about 3 km). Tipp: It's good to ask for private parking when you book, then it's no problem to park your car (no matter how big it is)
Two big minus points: - You have to pick up the keys in Krakow city, 2 km distance to the appartment. There is ABSOLUTELY NO parking there, so if you come by car you will have a massive problem to stop there to get the key (we solved it by dropping my partner and picking her up 15 minutes later). And if you come without car you will hate to have extra walks for 2 times 2 km. The reason for this bad service is "due to pandemic" - ridiculous in autumn 2023 (a clever alternative would be to have key safes ;-)) - the owner do not accept Debit cards, only Credit cards. No idea why - I never hat this discussion with any booking.com owners yet. Without these minus points I would have rated the appartment with a "10"

When picking up the keys no where did it mention that a passport was needed but luckily we had the passport number saved otherwise we wouldve been stuck.

It had a washing machine and a good functioning kitchen.
Having to collect the keys from another property, attic rooms, old spoiled ripped furniture,. Sheets although clean had holes. Breakfast

Skip the breakfast. It is not on site, they deliver to door. Skip it and just move out for breakfast. Otherwise, clean rooms, quite place. Overall good spot.

Location
The couch was broken and there were no bed sheets for the couch. The apartment was located at the last floor, it was hot, there's no AC, couldn't keep the window open mosquitos would get in. During the night all sorts of bugs/flies would get in even if no window was open -- through the air vents maybe? there was one in the ceiling Wasn't allowed to park in the private parking, even though there were free spots, as I didn't reserve a parking place prior to that -- no info regarding this was communicated when booking or picking up the keys The apartments are poorly isolated, you can literally hear your neighbours walking, opening/closing doors.

Beautiful, huge apartment, with everything you need, cooking utensils available aswell as washing machine, dishwasher etc. In a very peaceful neighborhood, but a short walk over the bridge or to nearby restaurants, shops, cafes etc and a nice church. Staff were good to communicate with through the booking messenger and were polite and friendly on reception.
Having to pick the keys up from a separate location 2km away is ridiculous. Very poor customer service decision by management, making your guests lug all their bags to a separate location, usually after a long day of traveling. Just put a lock box at the property.
We also had an issue with hot water. Reported it to the host and a cleaner came by to 'fix' the problem and we had some hot water that night, but the following two days we had only cold water again.
Air con in the bedrooms would be a plus.

The place felt like home, we had everything we needed, well designed and arranged small space. It was very clean and comfortable, everything was working. Main kitchen appliances were there, smart tv to cast, extra pillows and covers, amazing shower gel and shampoo.
The bed is not suitable for people with poor mobility, it was in a niche and we had to jump over each other to get up. Also on second floor with stairs only.
