An incredible room! Everything you need for a comfortable life you have here. A room for a girl or a sole female traveler. Very clean, neat and cozy. Everything is thought out to detail and on its place. Now I think I need a similar room for me in my house.
Friendly and helpful staff. Overall family atmosphere where you are supported and provided all what you need but never considered as only a client as in many other hotels. A dream hotel in a fantastic city. Thank you so much!!!! I hope to return one day

It is a rather quiet place within a mixed area, close to a clinic apparently on the one side and close to a supermarket and library on the other side. I was surprised about the drilling in the cellar but it wasn't too noisy. There might also be a man and/or a woman making weird noises at night in the neighbour house... The room did not have much space but they tried to fill it with life. There were cupboards everywhere but not overloaded. There was a little selection of dishes and cuttlery and a kettle. I could use the fridge but it was a little cramped. I got 4 towels! Don't worry, the heating does work! If it is still cold, use the towel under the bathroom door to block the air. On the backyard are garbage bins. In the hall are flyers about Krakow and events. The artisan touch is also interesting. Make sure to ask questions as long as you can, e.g. if you have access to the fridge and kitchen. Especially when there are big supermarkets around you.
Small things. It was a little cold in the house. Sometimes the side door to the house was left open. It would have been better to provide kitchen access for the used dishes. Especially because there was a noodle on a chair for days and nobody picked it up. I didn't have anything to clean but maybe I should've asked. I found other ways. The bathroom is for thin people! An instruction for the TV might be necessary at some point. I couldn't get out of the "Netflix"-programme for a few minutes and had no idea why. I didn't even choose it.

It was my second stay in this place. A quiet place with easy access to public transport, abka opposite the house, Biedronka round the corner. Kind owner.

Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive till 10.30 in krakow , it was no problem for the host.
I was not able to use roaming on my phone and the Polish simcard I had purchased in the UK did not work ( my son had met us at the airport and was able to make any calls.). I had to contact my apartment owner in Zakopane, which they did for me, in the end, I purchased a sim card at Zabka, with the sons help translating.
They even rang for a taxi for us.
Also it was very quiet even though we faced the road.
Although the location for us was not the best, everything else more than made up for it, they went above and beyond to help us.
This is only because my husband cannot walk to far.
