1. Great location and the apartment itself. 2. Great communication with the owner - was always in touch on small questions, and later send us back the personal belongings that we forgot when was leaving the apartment.

The apartment was clean and nicely presented, and the owner appeared to take great pride in it. It's also lovely and warm which was great as we stayed in December with heavy snow. Apartment was also close to old town, a very easy and quick walk. The free parking was so good for us as well.
The shower doesn't stay hot for very long, but I can't imagine that can be helped and it's not a big deal.

Very nice and clean apartment, 10 min from Old Town square and close to tram station, market. Owner very nice and helpfull.
No card pay, exchange rate at the nearest atm is not ok, with 20% more, so bring eur cash.

The apartment matches the photos, was clean and quite cozy. The host was in touch with us and provided all the needed details.
There was a parking slot provided but the security guard of the parking seemed to not know about the apartment / reserved slot, so it was a bit problematic. Also, would be great to have a self-check-in.

located on a main (very busy) street. emergency vehicles passing through on daily basis.i am a deep sleeper but got woken up several times.
bed needs changing. it is simply not good and lack of vacuum cleaner in the property.

Great stay! We asked, and the owner agreed for us to arrive a bit early (before official check-in time) The parking lot is really nearby, so even carrying the luggage from the car was not an issue.

Good location - close to Kazimierz district and close to the Old city. The parking option was included in the apartment rate which is really helpful. The bathroom was full of useful amenities
The location is really loud, 24/7. So you have to keep the windows completely closed (which is unreal when the weather is warm. The kitchen is pretty small and there is no hood there so makes cooking uncomfortable
