Everything from the layout of the apartment, to the balcony and the size of the bath. It was private enough too in a nice little cute area. Location was perfect, 30 second walk from the square
The bed was very noisy so woke us up most nights when we just slightly moved but this can be fixed, it is due to it being wooden.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. It is located only a few metres away from the main square in the Old Town, so it was easy for us to walk around and enjoy the whole area both during the day as in the evening. I highly recommend this place to those who have only a few days to spend in Krakow.

Disappointing
The property was clean and in a good location.
1) This was the hottest summer on record in Europe and the air conditioner did not work. Not only that, but after repeatedly pointing it out to the staff we were told that we just "can't hear it because it is so quiet" and that as far as they are concerned it is working. But there was no air flow from the vents and the room did not become cooler when the AC was on. It was very uncomfortable as my wife cannot sleep when it is hot. And it was very annoying to be told the opposite of what we could plainly see with our own eyes. 2) The drain in the shower was clogged. So when I took the first shower the water flooded the bathroom because the shower is constructed in such a way that there is no barrier between the shower stall and the rest of the bathroom. 3) Good thing we arrived relatively early. After 5pm the staff leaves and there is nobody at the property even though it is more of a hotel than a stand-alone apartment.

Loved the location and how close it was to everything. Good-sized apartment equipped with everything we needed. Spotlessly clean.
It definitely isn't soundproofed.

My 5th time to krakow, and have stayed in various apartments and this was one of the best due to a very helpful staff member Agata as needed to rent a wheelchair for my father she went out of her way to support me for this, apartments are beautiful location awesome as not affected by noise from the square as was v busy Great shower Would benefit from having Netflix or similar available on the tv Would defo stay here again really recommended
