We had a pleasant stay at Dolna Apartment. The location was great, very close to the tram station, and it only takes about 20 minutes to reach Rynek. We didn’t need our car. The communication with the host was clear and easy. Although the apartment is a bit old, it has almost everything you might need.
At night the Appartement was cold, the heating was barely working

The apartment was large and we had parking in the courtyard.
First I did not like the fact that it had mold in the living room , the cleaning was not done properly, I found cobwebs and dust under the bed plus a pack of cigarettes under the bed. One of the beds in the living room had a broken mattress support, we didn't need it but it was not usable.Secondly in the kitchen.Hotplate didn't work.

The kitchen has the bare minimum, not ideal if you are planning to eat in there. In the bathroom some mold has started to spread

Nice apartment, with enough space for 7 people. Ok bathroom, ok beds, nice balcony. Metro stations 5min away, Lidl store 6min away
A small cooking plate, not for lunch, dinner. No broom to clean.

The property is located near airport and the area does not seem friendly, the room we booked was one bedroom aparment- we were given premier studio. As we were 3 people, we wanted to avoid for one of us sleeping on the sofa, that is why we wanted one bed apartment specificly. As we arrived at night, we were hungry, we checked in and quickly went for some food. When we came back we noticed that this is not the correct room, and it is filthy. Holes in the sheets, hair in the bathroom everywhere. Left us with the feeling that the room wasn’t cleaned before us. On top of that we were not given any towels. We went to sleep as it was already night when we got back and had to wake up early in the morning. I would definitely avoid this property. For the facilities the price is not adequate.

Friendly arrival and key handover room was OK and for £36 it was acceptable.
Dirty bathroom with cobwebs, and on filling the bath in the morning (only a shower head but no shower head hook and no curtain. When filling the bath, water came like a fountain under the tiles at the floor flooding the bathroom. Went to tell the owner and she was not worried and said in broken English OK.
Most annoying was I could not connect to the so-called free Internet wifi either my phone, tablet or laptop got the WiFi signal to even connect to. So I got no work done, and that made it an expense stay.
Also, a few teabags would have been nice.

location, while not the most touristy, is great for my family
beds (and pillows!) could have been more comfortable

Large 1 bedroom flat, 2 beds for 3 persons in the bedroom and 3 beds in the living room. Washing machine (without capsules, we bought them in the closest supermarket), quite comfortable mattresses. Good location, close to shops and public transport
Quite clean, but a lot of dust behind washing machine and under beds. TV doesn't work. Not enough dishes and kitchen equipment- 2 glasses (for New Year night!), 4 plates, 4 different mugs for 5 persons. You must buy absolutely all if you want cooking - there are nothing - salt, oil, sugar, tea... Old kitchen furniture with broken handle and doors, broken toilet lid and shower handle. Bed linen too short and worn (with holes). Strange, uncomfortable pillows - big, but thin. No garbage bags. It is not big problem, but not worth paying 120 euros per night.

older style apartment with no dishwasher , one plate cooking stove sat o bench basic cutlery no plug for the basin internet dropped out all the time had to use my mobile phone
