The communication with the host was right from the beginning friendly and welcoming and this continued during our stay. We arrived rather late due to flight schedule. The key was placed in a key box. The whole accommodation is welcoming and makes you feel home, away from home. The room was spacious and clean. The coffee and biscuits in the hallway were amazing. Our experience was outstanding - thank you!

Location, friendly contact staff, the building is very beautiful from the inside. All the facilities working perfectly. A nice cot was arranged for our baby.
There is a tram station just outside the door. There is a 24hr Carrefour express 30m away.
The pillows... but that is a personal thing

Good location, about 10 mins walk from train station and city walls of Old Town are just over the road.

The triple room is spacious and clean. It has everything we need. It is just next to the old town and 10 minutes walk from train station. The receptionist is very nice. Highly recommended

Comfortable apartment room in great location minutes from the centre. Hosts were very helpful and left a welcome drink when we arrived and with plenty of clean towels and bedding provided. Room and apartment overall clean and well furnished with small balcony to sit out on. Bathroom a comfortable size.
No lift but few older apartments have them and as we were on the first floor the stairs were not a problem The apartment block was only 2 floors high anyway

The location was fantastic. Right next the the old town so plenty of options for food and drinks. The room was a decent size and had tea and coffee making facilities. there was also more tea etc available outside the room as well as extra towels.
