The rooms are absolutely stunning. We chose the smaller room of the options and it was still large and had plenty of space. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was a great size with a lovely spa bath.
The location was 10/10, we could throw a stone to the old town square in Krakow. Plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes etc within a 2 min walk.
No parking at the hotel, but can find a few multi-stories within a 5 minute walk. We parked at the big car-park under the sport centre in Wawel.

Good location, clean and easy place to stay
Good modern decor was great in the room itself, coffee left and milk. Cleaned and spacious rooms
Noisy during the night but understand due to it being central in the city, hot rooms and corridors
Electric points felt a little dodgy

The location could not have been better. Parallel to the main square, only 1 street away. The room was far larger than I was expecting from the pictures of the Mansard Studio rooms. The AC was needed and cooled the room down well.
The staff were very friendly and helpful when organising our tour to Auschwitz.
We were able to store our luggage on our last day before heading to the airport.
The room was very quirky, but being on the 4th floor, we had a slanted roof over the bedroom and bathroom areas of the apartment. Myself and partner had to physically duck and walk around bended over to get into the bed and storage cupboards.
The bathroom only had a shower over the bath, but the shower head had to be held at all times to use, as the holder could not be adjusted and aimed the water directly onto the floor. This made it quite difficult to use.

The location was fantastic and the red brick in the property was beautiful.
Our room smelled very badly of stale cigarettes and we found lots of old cigarette butts in the frame of the window when we opened it even though it was meant to be a non smoking hotel. It was classed as a junior suite but was smaller than anticipated and though it had an upper kitchen level the kitchen was not fully equipped with utensils etc and the chairs up here were very uncomfortable. Also it had a lovely bath but no way to shower standing up. The large window had curtains to draw at night but these did not cover the window properly so light constantly got in. There was no way of adjusting the air conditioning, we tried on numerous occasions. The amount of shower gel etc and towels were also inadequate.

This was our 2nd stay at this Hotel and wouldn't stay anywhere else now in Krakow. Everything was perfect. Location amazing, hot tub amazing.

The property is beautiful. Very close to the main square and kept very clean. Staff on front desk were always very friendly and greeted with a smile. Perfect place for anyone highly recommend
Walls in rooms were quite thin could hear the couples conversation from next door word for word.
We were on 4th floor in 25 degree heat and unable to use air con as it isn't turned on until summer this wasn't a problem through the day as we just kept the windows open all day. But overnight the room did heat up.

Wonderful
Rooms were different and very personal, tea/coffee available with a fridge and milk plenty of glasses and plates plus a samll top hob.
It was hard to set netflix and the instructions were in Polish I managed but my two friends did not in their rooms.
