The apartment was located in the new modern building with a parking space in the basement. It is also near the Gallery Mall and the old town. Nice and quiet neighborhood.
A little bit far from the nearest restaurant but I am still okay with this.

Check in and out were very easy and fast.
Good wifi, large shower.
Good location.
There was just one table spoon, the hairdryer did not work, nor the iron.
The apartment was dusty and the crockery was dirty (for instance one of the knives was covered with grease).
The bed linens were stained.

Location is great 7 mins walk to the train station, clean room, facilities good.
The hair dryer needs replacing, quite dangerous to use overheats.

Nothing. I wasn't able to enter my room so I stayed at the street.
I booked the apartment. I was coming to Krakow very late, so I needed to sleep somewhere. When I booked the apartment, they told me how to enter and that the guard (not their, but common security personnel) will be notified about my late check-in. But he wasn't. I needed to explain them that I booked and apartment. When I got my keys, I wasn't able to open the door. The phone numbers of hotel didn''t answer and nobody could help me. I have a video where I try to open the door but can't upload it here to the booking (it allows to upload only photos).
I also contacted the Booking.com help center, explained them the situation, they said that the hotel will contact me in 24 hours, but nobody contacted me since then. So, "thank you" for the unforgettable night on the bus station.
