Proximity to Galleria Krakowska and Krakow Glowny was a plus.
Shower had no place put shampoo and soap. Shower flooring very slippery; slipped and almost fell multiple times.

It was in a very good location. Opposite the main train station and around 15 minutes walk to the city center. Very comfortable appartement located inside a very clean/modern 3 building complex. Which all shared a common garden. It had a kitchen with all of the gadgets we would need. And its next to a supermarket, which is very convenient. Fast wifi also included.
There could be a sponge placed in the kitchen to wash some cups manually instead of using the washer for 5 cups. Also, some extra plastic bags to replace the full bins would be handy. Lastly, since the appartement is meant to be used by 7-8 people, a second pair of keys could have been useful in case the group was split in different areas (which happened).

The location was great, right next to the train station, but facing a nice inner yard, so no noise from the street. The rooms were pretty nice, the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The host was very friendly.
Some neighbors were very noisy in the late evening, we could hear them talking loudly from the balcony. The floors could be cleaner (judging by the clothes of our infant after several minutes on the floor). The drying rack was very small, especially considering the number of people the apartment can accommodate.

Everything was excellent. Clean and comfortable, very good communication with the owner, garage for the car. Near the Old town, Galeria Krakowska Mall, market, restaurant and shops.

There was plenty of room and the overall aesthetic was nice. It was clean enough.
The location was excellent.
Lack of communication. The staff, who didn't speak English very well, after showing us our apartment and paying, didn't show any interest in answering my questions via booking.com. For example we asked for a second pair of keys at the very beginning, they said they would bring one in 20 minutes but never showed up. The only answer in chat was an "ok" when I informed them we were checking out.

Excellent location - in a quiet and private block of flats but also very close to the old town. Very helpful host. The flat is well equipped for a stay with the family.

Near train station and old town, well furnished studio, comfortable, modern, easy communication with host.
A little noisy from traffic if window open; but overall very pleasant base for krakow.
