The room and bathroom was clean, the room is splited like in 2 rooms, so in 1 lives only 4 persons. Location was perfect, around are restaurants. It was possible to leave my luggage while I walked around the center on check out day. Next to the bed is a light source and socket, in the room is a lockable cupboard where to store personal things.

The location was great, just up the road from the Jewish Quarter, which is a quirky, laid back area.
Our second room ( we had to book twice as we arrived a day earlier than originally planned) was wonderful - third floor with windows overlooking the priest's garden and a view of Wavell Castle.
The hostel bar was friendly, and cheap.
Our first room, whilst lovely, comfy and with a great en suite, faced front and was incredibly noisy with the sound of traffic all night.

The staff were super kind and helpful. The luggage storage is free. The bed was comfy and the bathrooms were clean. Perfect location in the city and lots of services nearby, including the tram. Kitchen was well equipped and the common room is huge, even with a balcony. Such good value for money, there was even a beautiful view from my room

Quite and calm. The locker was given with the key. It helped keep my things safe. No need to pay extra fee. The kitchen was good.
Wifi and hot water didn't work at night. No towel was given.

Everything is well prepared, even earplugs were available! That's awesome! I travelled a lot and only once encountered apartment with earplugs prepared for visitors. Receptionists are best!!
Rooms on the highest floor are difficult to get to for people over 60. It was quite difficult even for me.

Great location, great vibe, well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.
Bunkbeds are never good. When one person is fidgety, they keep waking up the other, but that's not the fault of the place. It's just how bunkbeds are.

Good value for money. Between old town and Kazimierz . Free luggage storage is very appreciated .
Old type keys, no curtains on the bunk beds (very useful for privacy and light), many stairs and no elevator .

It's a great hostel in a central location. Cleanliness levels were rather impressive considering how busy the hostel was. Staff were particularly friendly at reception too.
Towels had to be paid for at additional cost, but this is not unreasonable given the low cost of the stay itself.
