The location was great and was easy to walk to from the bus station.
The picture look better than in real life. If I had to stay here again I would book the private rooms and not the dorm rooms as they are a lot nicer (a couple let me peek into their room).
Also the WiFi is not good. Kept cutting in and out and you definitely can’t take video calls on the WiFi.

Best staff. Reception area welcomes you with open arms. Super location. 2 minute walk to Kazimierz, 7 minutes to main square, 20 minutes to Krakow Glowny train station. Good value. Good view of church tops and Wawel castle depending on the room. Option to rent a private room with private bathroom. Communal kitchen well stocked, good seating area.
Prepare to climb 4 floors that seem more like 8 because of the old communista architecture (if you rent a private room). Communal rooms less flights of stairs. It's not that it's a dislike. The building is charming. It's the reality. And the view up high is great. But it's a big hike carrying luggage. The rooms aren't soundproof. Most people are respectful.

Prime location near the Jewish district…it’s a good old building with a super wide central staircase. My room had real wood parquet floors and an incredible window view of a hidden orchard-yard in the center of the city. The place was clean and my bed (bottom bunk) was pretty comfy. Good quiet group…no snorers!
That said, the facility was awkwardly set up…felt like they inserted a hostel into an old apartment building w multiple floors. All the doors were heavy-duty w big handles which reminded me of walk-in refrigerator doors. I spent most of my time there imagining how I would fix up and redesign the place. Needs work! But I enjoyed my stay and it definitely has potential.

Great location. Especially near Kazimierz and a little further to old town but an easy walk. Excellent value. Nice view of old town and the grounds from the room. Easy on and off trams. 7 minutes from the train station. As basic as it comes.
if you reserve the single room double bed, it's on the 4th floor. The walls are paper thin. And although they post quiet time 10PM-6AM, it's not enforced. People in the room next to me were carrying on until midnight, until I knocked on the wall. Since it's a hostel, they request you strip the bed. OK... Bring your own soap for the shower.

The staff was really nice and helpful, the room and the bathroom was clean, the location is also good, really close to the old town
The wifi was poor, the beds had no curtains so there wasn't much privacy and they made a loud noise whenever someone was on the bed turning around...

It’s huge there are lockers and everything standard services there is a wall mounted rack for each bed which is a very good idea..
Location is not very popular. Some times you have to walk a very long distance specially due to constructions. Room was little bit smelly but windows can be opened. The building is old I was in level 3 with huge stairs without elevator.

Uncomfortable bed.. literally I couldn’t sleep
I was in a female room (2nd floor B4) and it was horrible the smell on the room and the bathroom was disgusting.
I heard all the noises from the hall and from other rooms. Children running away after the “quiet time” (10 pm)” and I could also hear even the farts of other rooms.
The floor makes a lot of noise and unfortunately if you need to wake up early or if you come back late at night, you will awake all the people in the room.
I wouldn’t recommend this hostel.

It's a very nice hostel in Old Town,easily accessible from the airport: you should take a train to Gzgregorzki station ( which is next stop from the Central Station) and from there it's just 10 minutes walkm to the hostel.
Our room was spacious and light. the linen and towels were clean. There is also a kitchen with all the utensils. The supermarket is very close,The hosel is very clean.

I like the location.
Due to the building's structure and age, the parquet floors were very squeaky. Also, if you're staying in the top bunk, be prepared for it to shake. Even if someone walks in the room, the bed shakes. This is due to the bunk bed's structure. The rooms are very noisy and I guess quiet hours are not given much importance because there was a lot of noise during quiet hours.

Great location.
Shelves above beds could be better placed for comfort and being able to sit up in bed. Smoked my head multiple times and have the lumps to prove it. Squeaky bed frames made it hard to sleep from constant noise. Some etiquette signs in dorm rooms would be helpful for the oblivious loud idiots on their phones with no headphones.

The bed was very comfy
The bed was very shaky, it was the only bunk like this in the room.
Also the bathroom was like a sauna. There needs to be a fan to draw in some fresh air.
