Excelent positioning, the tram station 52 and 18 that go to main square is right in front of the hotel; u can reach the Wawel Castel in 10 mins walking. Private parking, very nice breakfast, the staff is great, clean room

Excellent water pressure in the shower. Overall, the room was clean and serviced daily. Friendly staff. Very convenient location to the historic city center. We didn't have an opportunity to check out breakfasts, but had a coffee there, nice and clean area to take a bite. You can buy snacks, water, coffee, etc. at the reception in case of late check-in or at any time.
Sheets and towels would be good to replace because they have seen lots of guests, but they were clean, though. Sadly, we didn't have a closet or drawer in our room, just a partitioned off part of a room with hangers. But we stayed for a couple of nights, so it wasn't crucial.

it was a perfect stay, clean room, friendly employees and willing to help, the location and ease of movement is excellent, the transports are right next to the hotel in addition to having a 24-hour Carrefour just 5 minutes walk.
