Its very near to city center. Tram stop is close and it takes 15 mins to reach the main center of Krakow.
The room is modest, not beautiful, but comfortable. It has even a kettle inside.
Sheets and towels are old.
Breakfast was rich and good.
The price of stay was great.
From my bed I couldn't see the TV as it was just above me.

Polite personnel, helped us with early check-in due to the fact that we had flight early in the morning. Breakfast included which is pretty good, with a few options to choose from. Rooms are clean. Tram station to city centre is very close.
Not as a complaint, furniture is a bit dated but functional. Also tram noise can be heard, but it's not that bugging.

the breakfast was nice, there isnt a whole lot of variety, but what they have is very tasty, is buffet style so you can eat as much as you want. The room and bathroom are ok, and the bed is comfortable. The location is easy to reach with public transport, but there isn't much around to do, you will probably have to go to the centre if you want something to eat.

Everything was great. The room was quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast. We rented a car and there was a parking in the hotel (we paid EUR 4) for the car. The hotel is located basically in front if the tram station, which is very easy to go to the city center. We left our car in the hotel and use the public transport for the old town.

Good hotel, nice breakfast. It was closed to the tram to the city center and there was parking for our car, so definitely recommend this hotel.

Nicely located hotel near local transport, supermarkets and restaurants. 15 minutes to the city centre. Great staff (helpful and quick) and clean hotel. Simple but tastefull breakfast and quite quickly restocking. Good beds and several amenities in the room.
1 bedside lamp was broken, sometimes a little noisy from the streets or room next to you. Little bit of a dated style of the interior.

Decent location, city centre easily accessible by tram or walking. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was decent and had everything we needed. Breakfast was ok too.
Please note that they acommodate large groups given the size of the hotel so it was a little bit unpleasant serving breakfast.
