The location was perfect,just a few meters of the market square
The concierge was helpful and very polite
The beds were old fashion and they make noise when you change side
We had a rented car and it was a little difficult to proceed the hotel,as the cars are not permitted at the historic area,but when we managed to find our hotel,they take it and parked it at a near by parking area

The location, the comfort, food, staff, room size , furnishings, all excellent.
Small niggle. Electric points were almost inaccessible. No English channels on TV. Bathroom a little small

Very comfortable room, in beautiful period building. Excellent location, right on Old Town main square. Very clean, felt safe as a solo traveller. Excellent breakfast, freshly-prepared. Prosecco was part of the breakfast offer, which was a lovely surprise! Staff very kind, polite and helpful. An elegant boutique hotel. Recommended.
Nothing really. Bonerowski wasn't the cheapest hotel but I wanted a boutique, individual experience and this more than met my expectations.

Bizarre decoration and paintings (portraits) in the room. Curtain obsession -- sorry, not for me! There is a distinct whiff in the room when you enter, you get used to it.

An upmarket hotel in the centre of Krakow old town. Rooms were large and decorated in keeping with the building's heritage.
Staff were friendly but had little knowledge of local area. The hotel was on the pretentious side so you didn't feel welcome.

Beyond perfection - Old world grandeur, enormous room true to the period of the time - quiet room on side street yet when you go out of the dining room, you are in the action of the old town Square- the staff could not have been more helpful or delightful- they work very hard especially on a sunny day when the dining room has outside seating- the breakfast is not to be missed- it is of the city and its flavors into fashions- first is the large Buffet with cheeses and meats, amazing breads, yogurts, and even champagne- do I ask for fresh orange juice- its wonderful- then comes a choice of hot dishes that includes everything you could imagine- I had the most wonderful eggs and Polish sausage and bacon and vegetables- I feel so fortunate that we found this fantastic hotel- I would give it the highest rating possible and Im pretty picky. Congratulations to the Bonerowski for making our stay. A memorable experience that I will never forget..

Gorgeous hotel with nobility of rooms and kind staff. Excellent restaurant ( I had breakfast and dinner there) location is the best / right on the square.

The property is friendly , clean , literally right on the square and its very quite in the room due to sound proof windows . We booked an executive studio and loved it for my wife , son and myself . The gave us a roller bed for my son . The breakfast which was included was excellent and the staff was over accommodating and friendly . We will be back at the palace . Thank You for a few days of great hospitality .
