Location is close to the train station and the walk into the city centre from the hotel was quick. Breakfast selection was just what we needed and the staff were very helpful and professional.

Really clean, friendly staff great location
We were not allowed to open our window, we tried to use the AC but it was still too warm. The shower also didnt work properly and would turn freezing cold to boiling hot within seconds

Good convenient location, friendly staff and an easy check in process.
The standard of the rooms, we entered our room and it stunk of cigarette smoke as well as a big wet patch of water on the carpet that smelled mouldy upon the entrance of the room. I did not alert staff of this as it was the first thing we noticed as we opened the door and saw that above it was an air conditioning unit and we assumed that prior to our visit there was a leak that seeped through and housekeeping tried to clean this up.

The hotel was is a superb location. Approx 5 min walk from the square in Old Town overlooking green space. The rooms, breakfast area and reception was a good size. The whole property was very clean. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and spoke very good English.
There was only one thing that disappointed us we booked a twin room as part of our stay. We were given a double with a put me up bed along side. This meant that one of us was not in as much comfort as the others in our group. I would ensure in future that twin means that both guests receive the same standard of bed.

Disappointing
Rooms looked clean and location was excellent.
Room that was given to us had not working air condition, when we complained about it, they checked it and claimed that it was working and told us that it was not possible to change rooms. Still our room was very hot and humid for our stay time, it was cooler in reception and hallways than inside our room. So in the future I don't think I will stay here another time and can't recommend with good heart this hotel to my friends and associates.
