Exceptional
Clean, spacious, new, well decorated rooms, extra friendly staff, we even forgot our phone in our room and they contacted us immediately and agreed to ship to us to our next destination. Just a perfect hotel with reasonable prices.

The room was modern and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely shower with good pressure and it was always hot. There was always clean towels provided if needed and staff in reception were incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Short distance to the Old Town Square but also within walking distance to the Market Hall and the Jewish district where there are further tours.

Stuff was very well-disposed, at the beginning there was some noise in our room (probably AC), but then we could easily change the room.
Location is just great, right in the old town and also nice park right next to it. Really nice walk by the park to Wawel castle.
Rooms are stylish and quite big. Beds are very comfortable.

The hotel was good , location was walking distance through the park from the Krakov Glowny Main Railway station , breakfast was okay .
Room was reasonably spacious , and there was provision of tea and coffee . Reception was very helpful
there was nothing that we did not like .

Great location and friendly staff. Really liked the design of the rooms.
Parking was easily accessible from the hotel but the spots are very tight! Might be hard to park in with a bigger car.
The shower was kind of busted. The rain head sprayed in all directions and the normal shower head wouldn’t hold in position. Challenging to wash hair.

Friendly staff, good location, 24 hour desk, big rooms
Air conditioning does not work at all, no safe or refrigerator in the room. I never thought I would have to check that a hotel provides a safe. Air conditioning was one of the main reasons I picked the hotel as it was an August heatwave of 30+ degrees and still into high 20s at night.

The rooms were clean and large
I was forced to book 2 rooms althoug l mentioned many times 2 bedroom appartment would be good enough for my family (2 adults + 3 children) We got 2 rooms but one was so far from another. We had to split with my housband. He slept in 1 room alone and l stayed with the kids.
