The location of this hotel is perfect, as it only takes a couple of minutes to reach the main square of the city. The apartment was very large and contained two bathrooms and showers. There was also a small kitchen with stove top and a larger (for European standards) washing machine with a drying rack. The staff was very attentive and answered all questions.
The side of the bed, which is closer to the window was extremely uncomfortable as you could feel every single spring on your back. This mattress should have been replaced a long time ago!!! It would have been more convenient if both showers contained a hook on which to hang the shower head. This made showering very difficult, especially if you had to wash your hair.

Central location in Old town. Staff kind and helpful. Property original and clean throughout. Breakfast good. Apartments have microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.
Double deluxe room small, more standard, upgraded at cost. Information on booking says the property has steps however does not advise not appropriate for disabled or elderly, 61 steps to our room on top floor. No lift.

The location was very very central and the apartment type set up allowed us to dine in at our own leisure when we wanted just to chillax.
There is no lift and we were on the top floor. I have medium mobility issues and found the stairs really tough going. I don't think this was on the website but should be. Near the top of the stairs they have a cheeky framed sign "YOU ARE ALMOST THERE"

Our apartment was perfect! So much space for the 4 of us. Perfect location just minutes from the market square with shops and restaurants near by. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We booked two tours with them and it was so simple and the tours were great. Wonderful hot showers and comfy beds. We will stay here again if we are ever in Krakow in the future.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice spacious apartment, clean and had everything we needed. Location is excellent, main square just around the corner. We will stay here on our next to Krakow again.
Mattresses can be firmer.

There's a lot of stairs, with no lift, this didn't affect us but would if you have mobility issues. But beautiful apartments

Location was fabulous. Close to the main square. Staff were very friendly in particular the young man on reception. Lovely big spacious room. Clean. Lovely little roof terrace where I enjoyed a glass of wine. Breakfast was very good and just enough choice. Lovely property
The steps up to my room on the third floor Lol and the windy spiral staircase to the roof terrace. Probably not suitable for someone with a disability or walking issues.

top floor room in old house in city centre; 3 min from main square; lovely old wooden staircase; lovely staff (available 24/7); handwritten welcome note; looked after my backpack after I had moved out
you have to be fit, there is no lift and my room was on the third floor, but as mentioned above it is a historic property and I guess climbing is good for your fitness! ;-)
