Friendly staff and overall apartment nicely arranged.
The apartment is part of the HOSTEL... So until 1:30 am we had the above wildlife "party" with banging to the wall and floor - no chance for sleeping. So if you are expecting a calm and quiet place for rest between trains or so I'm definitely not recommending. Maybe it's quieter on weekdays but the weekend was quite noisy.

The apartment is very spacious, looks exactly like on the photos. Its very close to the railway / bus station and has a self check-in lock, so that a big plus for the travellers, who have early flights.
The yard of the facility is very dirty, its not closing, so everyone has an access there. Some people use this yard as a toilet, so you can imagine the smell there. Be aware that the luggage room is accessible on the another address, we were not informed about that and was very disappointed that we need to bring heavy luggage to another address.

Very good value for money, spacious, clean, had everything we needed. Good location only a 10ish minute walk to both the train station and the city centre. Stayed warm even in -9C. Lots was provided in the kitchen area which was helpful. Lovely staff.
The shower head wouldn't stay high up enough to get your head under so you had to use it as more of a hand held shower if you wanted to wash your hair but not a very big deal.

Comfy beds and good basic facilities in the apartment.
Good value for money.
Perfect for what we needed for the 3 of us visiting for the festivities.
Windows are a little drafty.
Maybe some Xmas decorations would of been a nice touch.

The room is very nice! Has everything you need and more.
It didn't feel safe. 2 of the outside door locks were broken so anyone could come in, one evening we found some drunk people just hanging out in inside yard and other night we found a homeless person sleeping in on the stairway .... So it didn't feel safe to go out of the room

Property was very responsive on any issues and solves this as quickly as possible.
There was an error on the listing saying that they had 2 bathrooms and ended up with only 1 bathroom.
The security of the building may need some improvement.
