Amazing place, I sincerely recommend it for a family stay.
We stayed for 4 nights, and it was super-comfortable:
- great location (we walked 15 min to the old city, through a beautiful park)
- the room was quite big, with a nice kitchen, washroom and everything needed
There was no iron, and it was not always available on reception. Just make sure you have your own with you (if you need one)

Easy to find, it was nice to have contact with a "traditional" reception, we also enjoyed their cozy lobby with books and games. Our apartment was spacious, nothing we would miss having there
A bit mismatched furniture, some of them already very used, but that is not an issue if you stay for a night or two, as all is functional

Location
Half of what is described in the Booking advertisement is missing. It is very dirty, as shown in the photos. At 6:30 AM, the staff decided to discuss something very loudly and noisily right outside the window. The furniture, kitchen, and bathroom are broken, and what isn’t broken is in a critical state. I advise you to think carefully before deciding to stay there for your vacation.

Friendly staff and overall apartment nicely arranged.
The apartment is part of the HOSTEL... So until 1:30 am we had the above wildlife "party" with banging to the wall and floor - no chance for sleeping. So if you are expecting a calm and quiet place for rest between trains or so I'm definitely not recommending. Maybe it's quieter on weekdays but the weekend was quite noisy.

The apartment is very spacious, looks exactly like on the photos. It’s very close to the railway / bus station and has a self check-in lock, so that a big plus for the travellers, who have early flights.
The yard of the facility is very dirty, it’s not closing, so everyone has an access there. Some people use this yard as a toilet, so you can imagine the smell there. Be aware that the luggage room is accessible on the another address, we were not informed about that and was very disappointed that we need to bring heavy luggage to another address.

Very good value for money, spacious, clean, had everything we needed. Good location only a 10ish minute walk to both the train station and the city centre. Stayed warm even in -9°C. Lots was provided in the kitchen area which was helpful. Lovely staff.
The shower head wouldn't stay high up enough to get your head under so you had to use it as more of a hand held shower if you wanted to wash your hair but not a very big deal.
