The location, near to Krakow Glowny and the town square. Excellent and well stocked kitchen.

They have laundry and dryer which makes things easier for me. They dont charge it except for detergent which I think they make good decision for that since I always find accommodation with free laundry available. Overall, everything is nice.
The bed actually. Its very squeaky and cheap. I also hope that they can make separate dorms for each gender for comfortability purpose.

All the facilities are good. I like this hotel because it provides free self service laundry but it took me 2 hours to wash and dry my clothes.

- location - staff - common space - you can find tea/coffee in the kitchen
- soundproofing is terrible - the room needs a coat of paint
