Freedom Hostel is located in the center of Krakow, a few minutes from the main market square. Property location offers easy access to the city's top attractions and historical landmarks. Freedom Hostel offers 38 rooms with private bathrooms. It was clean and friendly staff.
Bathroom sink was over the toilet, which you had to adjust when using the bathroom. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the old town.
There was no lift working, the beds were quite uncomfortable and it was noisy. You could hear the conversation in the room next door.

Disappointing
The location is relatively close to the city center, which is a plus. However, the bed linen and towels were not clean. There were also quite a few drunk people staying at the hostel, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and noisy, especially at night. The hostel claims to have penalties for such behavior, but honestly, I doubt they actually enforce them.

I liked how big and spacious the rooms were. The staff was great, and the location is great too. I would recommend this place if you're coming to visit Krakow for a short trip. :)
It is a minor thing. But the bathroom could perhaps use some cabinets/ tables so that the guests can put their bathroom utensils there instead of the main room.

The place isn’t that close to main attractions. The bedroom and bathrooms are very very good. But I didn’t feel “hostel vibe”. It was a hotel made as a shared room place. There isn’t common area to meet people and have fun. Hostel is more than shared bedroom. If you arrive before checkin, even 1h, or something like that, forget, they won’t allow you to get in the bedroom (even when it is empty) and they weren’t kind with me.

Nice kitchen for guests. Decent price.
I had troubles to sleep because It was too noisy. Everything look old. Only One Key for room. Breakfast Is a box worth 2 euros. No conditioning in bathroom.
