Located over the Vistula River, in Kraków’s Podgórze district, the luxurious Galaxy Hotel offers a spa center. The rooms feature an LCD TV with satellite channels. The property itself was very pleasant
The floor in the bathroom was extremely slippery and on coming out of the shower my wife slipped and hurt herself quite seriously. When this was explained to a staff member, there seemed to be a lack of understanding and care.

Hotel was lovely, A nice and good 20 mins walk to the old town but so much on the way to stop off at shops or cafe's. Breakfast is nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa was very clean and quite.

Didn’t eat at the hotel . Loved the spa area . Liked the little area where you could buy snacks .
Shampoo in bathroom wasn’t filled so had to ask after washing hair with just water . Hairdryer broken after one use . Only one coffee and tea sachet each a day in the room and no milk .

Very nice hotel, good value for money, good range of food and very accessible for attractions, work very well for booking both the spa and excursions
The air conditioning in the room could do with being a bit better, it was very warm despite the air con being on

Comfortable beds, very clean, breakfast was ok ,no poached or fried eggs, bacon the first day but not the next day
The TV is pathetic, nothing to watch in English No streaming apps tvs are just the same as 6 yrs ago The Restaurant menu wasn't up to the previous standard we have experienced at this hotel Very little to choose from in our opinion the Hotel is slowly going down hill
