The apartment looked just liked the pictures, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated! The building itself felt very safe and secure and is in a great location. Marcin was very helpful and responded to our queries promptly.
Our only slight issue was the temperature of the room. My husband and I get overheated quite easily and we found that the air-con wasnt the strongest. Im sure it would be lovely and cosy in the winter though!

Lovely bedroom in the basement and bathroom. Superbly designed in and out! Great kitchen, lovely table to work, plenty of space, I have stayed for the 3rd time and will return. Very pleasant host, super communicative. Bed super comfy.
The toilet is located upstairs, so you need to run in the middle of the night.
Ikea sofa - some9ne should just stop producing this super uncomfortable piece of furniture.

Incredible location - perfect for accessing old town and Jewish quarter. Beautiful apartment and any issues were addressed immediately by the host. Great service thankyou
Small issue with insects in the apartment but addressed immediately by the host - out of their control and couldnt have asked for a more timely response.

Great location within easy walking distance to both Old Town and the Jewish Quarter, also close to pick up locations for day trips. Easy to check in, modern facilities.
There were ants in the room. I'd advised the host of this on our first day, and again on the third day. We kept killing the ones we saw. We kept all food items including cupboard items in the fridge to protect them, but by the final day they were dead ones in the fridge and on our food which we had to throw away. We didn't get any apology from the host at all despite sending them videos of the ants literally on our food. These things happen, but he could have come and set repellent/traps etc up. There also isn't any way to turn the heating off completely (or at least no way we could find). The thermostat on one of the radiators was broken, and it was stifling hot in there. We had to open windows in March.

Fantastic location, beautiful decor, the perfect weekend escape - the decor was gorgeous and we could walk to everywhere we wanted to get to. well equipped, beautiful rooms.
It was really fantastic- we are a family of 4 with 2 teen boys so a bigger double bed or twin may have been more suitable but really nothing to fault!
