Great hotel very spacious rooms and really quiet area and quiet rooms.
Nice breakfast included and staff helped us whenever we needed. Great packed breakfast for a day trip that we left before breakfast and they organised taxis for us.
It was all very good, about 15 or 20 min walk to old town but the spacious room and quietness made up for this.
Could do with blackout curtains and the pillows were very soft, not my preference but reception tried to help with this.

The room was lovely, very clean and big and stylish and the staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was great and plenty for everyone and we loved are stay
After a long day walking and visiting sites in the lovely Krakow we just wanted to shower and watch a bit of TV just to relax before bed but there were no English programmes

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, went above and beyond to help us.
There was no mini-fridge in the room, which made it a little more difficult for us.

Not enough towels in the room. Age starts to be visible - (Falling plaster in the bathroom, not stable shower corner,)

Nice breakfast, decent room size and. Staff were helpful and polite but they didn't sort of go above and beyond but it's a 3* facility so that's fine. Location was good with walking distance to Jewish Quarter and lots of small shops nearby.

Good location close to the old town and the Congress centre. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is great. I really appreciated water, tee and coffee in the room.
You can hear noise from the hallway.

Location is good, 15 min walk to the old part of the city. Good breakfast (great scrambled eggs - from real eggs, not the egg powder). Spacy rooms.
No minibar in the room, just water and tea/coffie.
No chairs on the balcony.

Everything worked in the hotel. Room was clean and shower water was hot. Breakfast is excellent. Price was reasonable. One of the greatest hotel experiences I've had.

The TV was not connected to the Internet so Netflix was not working (staff could not not fix it)

The room was lovely and spacious, I liked the separate living room and the TV. Nice balcony. Staff all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Overall great value for money. About a 15-20 min walk to the main square.

Really good breakfast, receptionists were nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bedroom was comfortable in space and bedding.
There was no fridge in the room. That was the only small disappointment.
