Breakfast was decent, the location and the hotel is very quiet, we loved it, the parking was also very nice and we always had a place to park the car even when the hotel was full. The quality for the price was EXCELENT. Will definitly visit again, location is not far from the old town and other activies by car.
Both me and my partner agree that we did not like the pillows. The hairdryer was weak and it took forever to dry my hair.

To be fair, the hotel itself was clean, the mattress and pillow were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.
I travel a lot for work and always look for a good massage at hotels. This spa was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
They never replied to my email with questions. At check-in, I found out that the pool is not included. For the massage, the receptionist just called some guy in — there were no other guests at all - Saturday evening. They gave me a dirty, oily robe and towel that felt disgusting to touch. The “massage” itself was pathetic light strokes, not even close to a real massage. When I asked for more pressure, the therapist ignored me. After 15 minutes, I couldn’t take it anymore and left. Then, the therapist and receptionist laughed loudly behind my back. They even tried to charge me for a full hour, and only after my indignation I was charged for 30 minutes.
The spa completely ruined my mood and my stay. I absolutely do NOT recommend it — total waste of time and money!

Personnel is kind.
I had a single room and the bed seemed improvised (I have seen the other rooms and the bed was a normal one)
The breakfast should be improved, both from the organization viewpoint and from the actual things offered. Since the hotel works with groups, if a large group has breakfast, there are not enough tables. And when the things finish, they are not replaced (e.g., bread).
The toasting machine was there, but not attached and not usable. There were no fruits at all.
Overall, if you travel alone or as a couple, you are marginalized over big groups.

Really nice breakfast: good variety of food and drinks, everything is deliciously prepared. Comfortable room: lots of electrical outlets, free bottles of water.
The first room was smoky. Luckily, we were given another room, it was a little smaller, but much more comfortable.
The rooms are a little worn, but comfortable.
The mattress was a little saggy.

the breakfast was good, and it had warm water to take shower
we got 2 twin beds instead of a queen bed (as it was promised in the reservation) and the beds mattress was really uncomfortable
there was dust behind the AC and there was some little mold all around the shower tube
