Fiance never checked in Was told he travel partner already had gotten the room key. She was advised by travel agency staff that picked her up from airport that it wasn't safe. I called the hotel and was told she had checked in and the internet was down .
After it was to be repaired the next morning. Hotel refused to return money even though she never checked in. A priceline rep called the motel and was also told she had checked in and could not. E sturbed

Its location and transportation are convenient. Employees are interested. The street where the hotel is is very cute.
There are no services such as hair towels, hair dryers and shampoos. The items are very old. The bed is very hard, the same as an armchair. The bathroom smells.

Room was in very poor condition,uncomfortable beds with sockets falling out from the wall.Bathoroom was discussing with no towels at all.A lots of bugs (flys in the room).

Only swimming pool was the good thing of the all hotel
The location, everywhere to walk was very far, the hotel is placed in the end of nowhere, the roads around are in very bad condition, the rooms very small and not comfortable at all, the beds very old I guess they remember the second war time and the smell in rooms was awful. There was rubbish behind the beds. In the hotel were working lot of Ukraine staff which have no knowledge of English at all. The picture of hotel online is so different in reality

There was a young lady who worked at the counter who was extremely rude for no reason, tried to charge us more we we only asked for a room that didn't smell of smoke and refused to answer simple questions (can we use the pool, what time is checkout), discrimination. If it wasn't for her it would have been fine

The location is good if you need to get to the airport. There is no other amenities available nearby so don't expect to have much to attend to. The breakfast is tasty and the choice is quite nice.
The breakfast is too expensive though. You can find a place to eat for much less money and it will be equally tasteful. The room was not very clean and it was a bit loud in the night.
