Close to the city center, also there are lots of tram nearby, easy to reach everything. Well equipmented, clear, elegant.

Loved absolutely everything! The room was filled with tradition - the decor was cosy and comfortable. We received a room with a balcony which was a fabulous surprise as was the little bottles of wine on arrival and china tea cups. The room was immaculate and we could not have asked for anything better. When I return to Krakow next year, I will definitely return to this magical hotel. Just the most authentic experience - thank you so very much for your Polish hospitality.

Very convenient location, real on site parking, most welcoming and friendly staff. Comfortable pillows. Delicious breakfast with choices to satisfy anyone. Excellent shower.
The street is noisy and the windows don’t give you much soundproofing. It’s also a very classic hotel, not newly renovated. I didn’t mind, but may be important to some travelers.

Ok stay for a couple of nights. 3* as advertised. Good breakfast. Good, helpful staff. If you're not expecting luxury, then this would be ok. My room, 103 had a fridge which was handy. Right opposite main train station and huge main shopping centre
No bar. Very old fashioned decor. No restaurant. Though they do serve breakfast every morning which is buffet style and 60 zloty. Good value
