Exceptional
A very nice, quiet place at the edge of the city, with detailed instructions on how to use public transport if needed. Staff speak multiple languages and very attentive. Also there's a gas station 50 meters from the entrance.
I literally cannot think of anything. Krakow's traffic was bad, but that is not an issue any hotel employee can solve, so no complaints. :)

Relaxed feel to the accommodation, staff very nice. Lovely cat greeted us at the door, location very pretty on river.
The access is a little hard to find and tricky to negotiate down a steep narrow road to the hotel.

The hotel has very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. They offer a large private parking area, suitable for cars and motorcycles. You can reach the city center by combining a bus and tram, or take a taxi, which is the fastest and also an affordable option. Near the hotel, there is a shopping center, a gas station, a bus stop, and more. I highly recommend the hotel.

Disappointing
Small, rustic, parking available for rental car. Off the beaten track, but still within walking distance to tourist attractions (if you're a walker - a 2-3 mile walk in each direction).
Room accommodations are very basic - twin beds were narrow and not comfortable. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean when I arrived, and I was surprised that, after the first night, housekeeping didn't make up the bed, and basically only emptied the trash and replaced the used soap. No elevator - walk up flights of stairs to the room (not handicapped accessible).
