The staff was exceptionally friendly and they know English. The breakfast was very good (all-you-can-eat for 30 zloty per person), free tea is available all day everyday. Convenient location for travelers, right near the Autobahn exit. Very nice front porch and front yard. Kept tidy, green and cut. Someone said you wouldn't want to wake up since the beds are so comfy. This is true, we were on road for 3 days and this is first place where I slept with comfort. They had good wifi and smart tv. Again, great for travelers.
There is nothing in the vicinity. If you want groceries buy glovo. If you don't have Polish SIM they can't call you, I waited in the cold for 20 minutes at front entrance and then got yelled by the driver because he can't call me. Then he proceeded to get angry for no tips, lol. It's not a stab at Hotel, but keep in mind that you may run into problems since the location is barren and there are constant jams outside of the hotel, so I wouldn't recommend going to neatest city by car.
The interior is very clean overall if you don't look in nooks and crannies. There are many writings on the walls, probably from children. But the staff, breakfast and location makes it very pleasant stay overall, that's why it's an 8.

The great location - close to the highway and a gas station, the comfy beds, nice staff, yummy breakfast.
There wasn't any hot running water in the bathroom. The cold shower sucked.

The hotel was very clean, with well-kept rooms and common areas that made a great first impression. The beds were comfortable, the room felt spacious, and everything worked as expected, which made the stay relaxing. Free parking directly on site was a big advantage, especially for travelers arriving by car, as it was easy to find a spot and felt safe to leave the vehicle overnight. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options, both hot and cold, so it was easy to start the day with a proper meal. The location is convenient if you are flying in or out of Kraków, and the connection to the airport makes it a practical choice. Overall, we were really satisfied with the stay and would gladly recommend the hotel.
We honestly didn’t find anything to complain about.

Just couple hundred meters from A4 so it's very convenient to stay here if you're travelling along that route. Just 10 minutes from the airport.
Don't think it's worth staying here if you'd like to explore Krakow via public transport.
The room is quite warm (not sure why it was cold for previous guests in the comments maybe that was on cold days)
24 hour reception. Shower gel included. White towels and bed linens. (it is usually expected but not all hotels do have those)
Remote control for TV is partially broken (wasn't able to change channels so had to watch the one that was already there), no slippers and no water provided (which is not required but would be great to have)
