The staff was very flexible with early check in and preparing a breakfast box when we went very early to Auschwitz. rooftop has amazing view.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated their help setting up a tour and arranging for a “box” breakfast to take with us.
The bathroom: (1) the tub is too deep making it hard to get into and out of (and it was slippery); (2) water got everywhere because the shower sprayer is mounted on the wall in the middle of the tub, and the glass “door” only covered the back half if the shower; unfortunately, that is sloped side; additionally, the sprayer holder would not stay in place and constantly slipped down; (3) the vent did not work, adding to the amount of water all over the bathroom; (4) there were not enough hooks to hang towels or clothing.

The location was perfect for us. We had a great view of the Castle and Cathedral and the river. We were upgraded and had a fabulous room. Next time, I would actually book this room. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and something for everyone. The entire staff were friendly and very helpful. Loved it!

This was a new location in Krakow for us, and we are very happy we tried it out. We had a beautiful view from our room and an even better one from the rooftop restaurant at dinner.
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent, even has a heated mirror!
Staff were great, took care of our luggage, and had it waiting in our room.
The hotel style may seem a little dated, but the room was nicer than may in 'newer' hotels, and the carpeted stairs and hall made it feel quiet and a bit classy. Also, the location is a bit further from the main station, but getting there was easy on the tram and it is more than made up for by the proximity to the river and the castle etc. A great choice for exploring old town without the noise and traffic of closer hotels.

They overbooked and didn't have our room with view available. We could pay for a taxi to get to their sister hotel with no view and no dinner dining. Never offered compensation, Bate and switch hotel

The breakfast was impeccable, the hotel always smelt clean, the beds were always made, fresh towels were given. Staff incredibly helpful and the beds felt like I was sleeping on clouds! Looking at booking again soon 10000/10 couldn’t recommend more.

We stayed here during our trip from Japan. Although we had booked a standard room, we were kindly upgraded to a suite as there was availability. The room, including the bathroom, was extremely clean and comfortable, and the view of Wawel Castle from the window was absolutely stunning. The staff spoke in clear and simple English, considering that our English was not very fluent, which made communication stress-free. We also had żurek at the rooftop restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. If we visit Kraków again, we would definitely love to stay here once more.
The only slight downside was that the hotel is a bit far from Kraków Central Station. We visited the Auschwitz Museum from Kraków Central Station and traveled to Warsaw after checking out, so it was a little inconvenient. However, arranging a taxi through Uber only cost around 1,000 yen one way, and the hotel has excellent access to the Old Town. So, if a little extra effort isn't a problem, I think it wouldn’t be an issue.

Beautiful rooms, lovely central location, super quiet despite having a room on 1st floor facing the road, very clean room, fantastic sauna (super hot finish dry sauna) and super helpful staff.
