Excellent hotel and staff. Family member was hospitalised whilst on holiday they couldn't do enough to help us. Superb hotel can't praise and thank them enough. Beautiful location easy to get everywhere. Be lost without these guys

Breakfast was excellent - not a vast selection of warm food - but certainly enough to satisfy - generally - we were very pleased with the dining facilities. The roof terrace (Sky Bar) has stunning views over the river and is a very pleasant spot to socialise. The staff were all friendly and helpful - standout kudos goes to Bart - who has a wicked sense of humour.
The beds were OK - but only just - comfier mattresses would make this hotel a 10/10 for us. Towels were a somewhat on the small side - but that is not a major issue - the ones provided did the job.....

Upside of the location: very nice view from rooftop terrace onto the Wawel castle and the river
Downside of the location: all the noise, day and very late into the night.
Beds are not very comfortable, bathroom is old, TV doesnt work

The location is great, the room is clean, good AC.
In the breakfast area not everything was very clean (glasses, cups). When opening the window of our room (5th floor) the smell of the restaurant above us came in (so we closed it and turned on the AC).

Location was perfect. Staff are super friendly and the breakfast selection is good.
Could do with a proper coffee machine that serves cappuccino or latte. Only thing you can get is black coffee or expresso. No milk in the room for coffee or tea.

Location is great as it's easy walk to city center and to bus/tram stations. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of choices. Very friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and their size is reasonable - standard size you find average in Europe. Nice rooftop and view of the river. It was a great location to get to all the popular places via bus/tram as the stops are about a 5minute walk.
